Operations audit

Find out what to fix first, before you spend money fixing it.

Missed calls, retyped orders, invoices that go out late. You can’t fix everything at once, and guessing wrong is expensive. We find where your time and money actually go, then hand you a ranked plan you can act on, with or without us. The audit is optional. If you already know what you need, we quote it after the free call.

What we look at

What we look at

How work actually moves through your business, not how it’s supposed to. That means time with you, time with your team, and time watching real calls, jobs and orders.

How long it takes: About 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff to roadmap Estimate

  • A kickoff call to agree what we look at, who we talk to, and what you most want fixed.
  • Interviews with you and the people who do the work: whoever answers the phones, books the jobs, sends the invoices and places the orders.
  • Time watching real work happen, on site or over a screen share: a call coming in, a job getting booked, an invoice going out, an order getting placed.
  • A review of every tool you pay for, what each one costs per month, and which features you pay for but don’t use.
  • A list of where the same details get typed twice, where work waits on one person, and where leads, jobs or money slip through.
  • Rough math on each problem, in hours a week and dollars a year, clearly labeled as estimates.
  • A walkthrough call to go through the roadmap with you, plus a written copy you keep.

What you get

What’s in your roadmap

A written plan you keep, whatever you decide next. Every recommendation comes with estimated effort, cost and payback, so you can compare them side by side.

  1. A ranked list of fixes

Every problem we found, ordered by what it costs you and how hard it is to fix. Each one has estimated effort, build cost, monthly running cost and payback time.

  2. Quick wins you can do yourself

Settings to change, features you already pay for, and small process changes your team can make without us.

  3. What not to automate

Tasks where automation would cost more than it saves, or where a person should stay in charge. With the reason for each.

  4. Tools to keep, cut or add

Which software is pulling its weight, which you could cancel or downgrade, and what to add, if anything. Vendors are named, with their estimated fees.

  5. A suggested order of work

What to do first, what can wait, and what depends on what. Do it yourself, hand it to your team, or ask us to quote any part of it.

The guarantee

What if the roadmap isn’t worth it?

The full terms are right here: what’s covered, the conditions, and how to claim.

Audit guarantee

What’s covered
The full audit fee you paid. You keep the roadmap.
Conditions
  • You email us within 14 calendar days of the date we email you the final roadmap.
  • One refund per business.
  • Applying the audit credit to a build ends the refund option.
  • A refunded audit can’t be credited toward a build.
How to claim
Email support@jetsygrowth.com with the subject "Audit refund". No reason needed. We refund the full audit fee within 5 business days. That’s when we send the money back. If you paid by card, your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement.

Credit toward a build: The full audit fee is credited toward a build you sign within 90 days of receiving the roadmap.

Every audit is quoted in writing after the free call, based on how much ground it covers and how custom your roadmap is. You know the full fee before we start. Build prices are on our Pricing page.

When to skip the audit

  • You already know the one thing you want fixed, like missed calls or no-shows. We quote that after the free call, no audit required.
  • It’s just you, and you can walk us through your whole week on the free call. That call may be all you need.
  • You’re in the middle of a big change, like moving locations or replacing your main software. The audit is more useful once things settle.

Questions about the audit

All questions and answers

What do I get from the operations audit?

The audit ends with a written, prioritized roadmap. You can act on it with us, with someone else, or on your own.

How it works:

  • We look at how work actually moves. Calls, scheduling, jobs, invoicing, ordering and follow-up, with you and the people who do the work.
  • We look at your tools. What you pay for, what’s switched off and what overlaps.
  • We find where time and money leak, with the math shown.

What the roadmap covers:

  • The fixes worth doing, in order, starting with the ones that pay back fastest.
  • For each one: what changes day to day, an estimated build cost, running costs and expected payback.
  • Quick wins, like settings in tools you already pay for.
  • What isn’t worth automating, and why.

If you sign a build within 90 days of getting the roadmap, the full audit fee is credited toward it.

How the fee is set, and the full details, are on the operations audit page. The audit is optional. If you already know what you need, we quote it after the free call.

What if the audit isn’t useful to me?

We don’t want you paying for advice that didn’t help. So the audit comes with a guarantee. These are its exact terms:

A few things worth knowing:

  • The audit is optional. If you already know what you need, we quote a single build after the free call. No audit required. See how we work.
  • We’ll tell you if it isn’t worth it. On the free discovery call, we’ll say so if we don’t think an audit would help you, before you pay anything.
  • The details are public. The fee and what the roadmap covers are on the operations audit page and the Pricing page.

Do I need an audit before you build anything?

No. There are two ways to start, and the audit is optional.

You know what you need. One defined job, like answering missed calls or automating invoices.

  1. Free discovery call
  2. Written, fixed-scope quote
  3. Build and test
  4. Training and handoff
  5. Results check, plus optional monthly support

You’re not sure, or several systems are involved.

  1. Free discovery call
  2. Paid operations audit
  3. Fixed-scope proposal with expected payback
  4. Build and test
  5. Training and handoff
  6. Results check, plus optional monthly support

Either way, you see the price in writing before any build starts. If we think you’d be better off with the audit, or with no build at all, we’ll say so on the call.

Not sure you need an audit?

That’s what the free call is for. If you already know what you need, we’ll quote it directly. If you don’t, we’ll tell you whether an audit is worth it for a business your size.
