These terms cover your use of this website. “We” and “us” mean Jetsy Growth. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
How we handle information you give us is covered in our privacy policy.
This site isn’t a contract for services
The site describes what we do. It isn’t an offer you can accept online. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, such as a signed quote or proposal. If that agreement and this site say different things, the agreement governs.
General information, not professional advice
Our pages, FAQs and guides are general information about running a business and using software. They aren’t legal, tax, accounting, financial or compliance advice. Rules on things like call recording, business texting and customer data vary by state and industry. Check your situation with a qualified professional.
Examples and estimates aren’t promises
The cost estimator, the example math, the before-and-after process maps and the running-cost figures show how things can work. They’re illustrations and estimates, not promises of savings, revenue or results. Your numbers depend on your business.
Prices on the site are starting points
Published prices for builds, monthly support and advisory work are starting prices. Before any build starts, you get a written, fixed-scope quote or proposal with your price. That document is what applies.
The operations audit has no published price. Its fee is quoted in writing after the free call, before any work starts. Software and usage fees from other companies are estimates based on their pricing at the time we wrote them. Those companies set and change their own prices.
We may update published prices at any time. The price in your signed quote or proposal is the one that applies to your project.
The audit guarantee and the founding-client offer
The audit guarantee applies to an operations audit bought under a signed agreement. Your agreement includes the same terms, shown here and on the Pricing page.
Audit guarantee: If you don’t think the roadmap was worth what you paid, email support@jetsygrowth.com within 14 calendar days of the date we email you the final roadmap. We refund the full audit fee within 5 business days. That’s when we send the money back. If you paid by card, your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement. No reason needed. You keep the roadmap. One refund per business. Applying the audit credit to a build ends the refund option, and a refunded audit can’t be credited.
The founding-client offer applies only to clients who sign a founding-client agreement while spots are open. The discount is for taking part in a case study. It never depends on a review, on your results, on what you say about us, or on giving a quote. How the founding-client offer works is on the Pricing page.

Who owns the content
The text, design and diagrams on this site belong to us unless we say otherwise. Product names belong to their owners. We mention them to describe tools we work with, compare or use to run this site. A mention doesn’t mean that company endorses us.

Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses from using this site or relying on its content. That includes lost profits, lost revenue and lost data. Some states don’t allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms goes to the state or federal courts located in that state.
