This policy covers this website and the information you give us through it. “We” and “us” mean Jetsy Growth.
The short version
- We don’t set cookies.
- We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. There are no ad pixels or ad trackers on this site.
- Our analytics count visits and clicks without identifying you.
- If you fill in our intake form, we keep your answers so we can prepare for your call and follow up about it.
- If you send our contact form, we use your message only to reply to you.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we have about you.
When you browse the site
Two things happen on every visit.
Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address, browser details and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. It may keep logs of these requests under its own privacy policy.
Analytics. We use Umami Cloud to see how the site is used. It counts page views and a few actions: clicking a booking button, using the cost estimator, viewing the Pricing page, starting or sending the intake form, and booking a call. Umami doesn’t use cookies and is designed not to collect personal information. It records general details such as the page, the site that sent you, your browser, your type of device and your country. We see totals and trends, not who you are.
If you use the cost estimator, the hours, hourly cost and yearly total you enter are recorded as an analytics event. Your name and contact details are never part of it.
What’s saved in your own browser
To understand how people find us, the site saves a small note in your browser’s storage. It isn’t a cookie, and it stays on your device.
- Your first visit: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, when you arrived, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters such as utm_source). This is kept in local storage until you clear it. If you come back more than 90 days later, it’s replaced with the details of that visit.
- Your current visit: the same details for this visit, kept in session storage. It clears when you close the tab.
- Your estimator numbers: if you use the cost estimator and continue to booking, your numbers, and the task name if you typed one, are kept in session storage for that tab, so the form can include them.
None of this is sent to us unless you submit the intake form. You can remove it any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
When you fill in the intake form
What we collect:
- Your name and email address. These are required.
- Your phone number and business name, if you give them.
- Your type of business, team size, biggest time sink, the tools you use and your timeline.
- Your estimator numbers and the task name you typed, if you used the estimator.
- The first-visit and current-visit details described above, and the page you sent the form from.
Where it goes:
- Our lead database. Your answers are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. It isn’t publicly accessible. Only we can read it.
- Our inbox. A copy is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, so we see new requests quickly.
- The bot check. When you first click into the form, we load Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that you’re a person and not a spam bot, and usually you won’t see it. When you send the form, the check’s result and your IP address go to Cloudflare to confirm it. Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to Turnstile.
What we use it for: to reply to you, prepare for your call, and follow up about your request.
When you book a call
After you send the form, we load a scheduler from Cal.com so you can pick a time. Your answers are filled in for you: your name, email, phone number if you gave one, your business details, your biggest time sink, your tools, your timeline and your estimator total. A reference number links the booking to your form.
Cal.com runs the booking. Its own privacy policy applies to anything you enter there, and it may use its own cookies or storage. When you book, Cal.com tells us, and we mark your request as booked along with the booking time.
The call itself happens on Cal Video, Cal.com’s video service. We don’t record discovery calls.
When you use the contact form
What we collect: your name, your email address, the topic you pick, your message, and the page you sent it from. Also your business name and any extra details you add for your topic, such as a phone number for us to call you back, if you give them.
Where it goes: your message is emailed to us through Resend. It isn’t saved in our lead database. The same Cloudflare Turnstile bot check described above runs when you click into this form.
What we use it for: to reply to you. We keep your message and our replies in our business email account, like any email.
If you email us
We keep your email and our replies in our business email account, so we can answer you and keep track of the conversation.
Who else handles your information
We use a few outside services to run this site. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us, under its own terms and privacy policy, which you can read on its website.
- Cloudflare: hosting, request logs and the Turnstile bot check.
- Umami: website analytics without cookies.
- Supabase: the database that stores intake answers.
- Resend: delivers intake answers and contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cal.com: scheduling and booking calls.
We don’t share your information with anyone else, except when the law requires it. If our business is ever sold or merged, your information would pass to the new owner, who would have to follow this policy.
How long we keep it
- Intake answers and booking records: 24 months, then deleted. If you become a client, records about your project are kept under your client agreement.
- Browser storage: first-visit details stay in your browser until you clear them, and are replaced if you come back more than 90 days later. Session storage clears when you close the tab.
- Analytics: totals that don’t identify you, kept as long as they’re useful to us.
- Hosting logs: kept by Cloudflare under its own policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the information we have about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete it. We’ll remove it from our lead database, our inbox and our scheduling account.
Email support@jetsygrowth.com with your request. To protect you, we may confirm it’s you by replying to the email address you gave us.
Some states give their residents extra privacy rights. If you live in one, email us and we’ll help you use them.
You can also block analytics with a content blocker or your browser’s privacy settings. The site works the same without it. You don’t need to fill in the form to read anything on this site.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it. The database blocks public access, and the keys that open it are kept out of the website’s code. No website or database is perfectly secure. If a problem ever affects your information, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Where we operate
We’re based in the United States, and this site is meant for US businesses. Our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries where they run servers.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
