What we offer
Four ways we help
Each one stands on its own, and none of them commits you to a build. Starting prices are listed, and every engagement is confirmed in writing before it starts.
Operations audit
For owners who know the week is too full but aren’t sure what to fix first, or who have several systems to sort out at once.
Fee Quoted after the call
About 2 to 3 weeksEstimate
The audit is for owners who know something has to change but can’t tell where to start. Maybe the phones, the scheduling and the invoicing all feel broken at once. Maybe you’ve been pitched three different tools and can’t tell which one matters.
We talk to you and the people doing the work, watch how calls, jobs and orders actually move through the business, and go through every tool you pay for. Then we rank what we find by what it costs you and what it would take to fix.
Some of the answers won’t involve us: a setting in software you already have, a change to how callbacks get handled, or nothing at all. The roadmap says so.
The audit is optional. If you already know what you need, we quote it after the free call.
What you get
- Interviews with you and your team, and time watching real work happen.
- A review of every tool you pay for and what each one costs.
- A written roadmap, ranked by what each problem costs you, with estimated effort, build cost, running cost and payback for each fix.
- Quick wins your team can do without us.
- A list of what not to automate, and why.
- A walkthrough call to go through the roadmap together.
Next step: Use the roadmap yourself, hand it to your team, or ask us to quote any part of it as a build. The audit fee can be credited toward a build. Pricing has the details.
Audit guarantee: If you don’t think the roadmap was worth what you paid, email support@jetsygrowth.com within 14 calendar days of the date we email you the final roadmap. We refund the full audit fee within 5 business days. That’s when we send the money back. If you paid by card, your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement. No reason needed. You keep the roadmap. One refund per business. Applying the audit credit to a build ends the refund option, and a refunded audit can’t be credited.
The operations audit in detail
Implementation support
For businesses with someone capable in house who’d rather do the setup themselves, with us checking the work and answering questions along the way.
From $1,500/mo
Some owners would rather do it themselves. You might have an office manager who’s good with software, or a co-owner who likes setting things up. The hard part usually isn’t effort. It’s knowing what to build first, how to set it up so it doesn’t break the first busy week, and when a vendor is overselling.
Implementation support fills that gap. Your team does the work. We meet weekly, review what’s been set up, catch problems early, and sit in on vendor calls so you don’t sign up for more than you need.
It fits well after an operations audit, when you have a roadmap and want to carry it out yourselves. It’s month-to-month, and you can stop as soon as your team has it handled.
What you get
- A weekly call to plan the work, answer questions and clear whatever is stuck.
- Reviews of what your team builds or configures, with written notes on what to change before it goes live.
- Us on your vendor calls and demos, asking what matters to you: setup fees, contract length, and what happens to your data if you leave.
- Questions answered by email between calls.
- A short written summary after each call: decisions made, next steps, open questions.
Next step: Month-to-month. Stop when your team has it handled, or switch to the build track if you’d rather we do the work.
Research and vendor evaluation
For owners about to buy software, switch vendors or sign a contract, who don’t have the days it takes to compare options properly.
From $1,500
About 1 to 2 weeksEstimate
Sales demos are built to sell, and comparing five tools properly takes days you don’t have. So the choice gets made on whichever rep called back first.
We do the comparing for you. We start with how your business actually works and what you need the tool to do, then find the options that fit. We sit through the demos, ask about setup fees, contract length and price increases, and read the terms before you sign anything.
Contract review here means reading the terms and flagging what matters to an owner. It isn’t legal advice. For anything binding or unusual, have your attorney look at it.
Sometimes the answer is to keep what you have and turn on a feature you’re not using yet. If so, we’ll say that.
What you get
- A short list of tools that fit how you work, plus the ones we ruled out and why.
- A side-by-side comparison: the features you’d actually use, setup cost, estimated monthly cost at your volume, and what each one connects to.
- Notes from the sales demos we sit through for you, including what the rep couldn’t answer.
- A plain-English summary of the contract terms that matter: length, auto-renewal, cancellation, price increases, and who owns your data.
- A recommendation, including "keep what you have" when that’s the right call.
Next step: Buy it and set it up yourself, use implementation support while your team does it, or ask us to quote the setup as a build.
Financial analysis
For owners who are busy but not sure every job makes money, or who haven’t looked hard at their prices in a while.
From $2,000
About 2 to 3 weeksEstimate
Plenty of owners stay busy and still wonder where the money went. For example, a plumbing company might find its small service calls lose money once drive time is counted. A restaurant might find its best seller has one of the thinnest margins on the menu.
We take your real numbers from your books, invoices, timesheets and supplier bills, and work out what each job, service or menu item costs you to deliver. Then we compare that with what you charge and show where the margin goes.
We run businesses too, including a restaurant, so we look at this the way an owner does.
This is operating analysis, not tax or accounting advice. We work from what your bookkeeper or accountant already produces, and we’re glad to walk them through what we found.
What you get
- A cost breakdown: labor, materials or food cost, overhead, and the software and card fees that add up quietly.
- Job costing or menu costing for your main services or items, showing what each one makes after costs.
- Margins by service, job type, customer type or menu category, whichever fits your business.
- Pricing recommendations: where you’re underpriced, where you’re fine, and what a change would mean in dollars, as estimates.
- A spreadsheet you keep and can update yourself.
- A walkthrough call to go through the numbers together.
Next step: Make the pricing changes yourself, share the analysis with your accountant, or ask us to quote automating the reports so they stay current.
