What it costs
See the prices before you call us.
The discovery call is free. The build prices below are starting points. Every build gets a written, fixed-scope quote before work starts, with the monthly running costs listed. Know what you need? You’ll get your quote after the call, no audit required. Not sure where to start? The operations audit is there if you want it.

The audit
Operations audit (optional)
For owners who aren’t sure what to fix first, or have several systems to sort out. Quoted in writing after the free call, and credited in full toward a build if you go ahead with one. You don’t need it to hire us for a build.
Fee Quoted after the call
Every audit is scoped to your business, so the fee depends on how much ground it covers and how custom your roadmap is. After the free call we quote it in writing and explain what it covers. You know the full fee before any work starts.
Audit guarantee
- What’s covered
- The full audit fee you paid. You keep the roadmap.
- Conditions
-
- You email us within 14 calendar days of the date we email you the final roadmap.
- One refund per business.
- Applying the audit credit to a build ends the refund option.
- A refunded audit can’t be credited toward a build.
- How to claim
- Email support@jetsygrowth.com with the subject "Audit refund". No reason needed. We refund the full audit fee within 5 business days. That’s when we send the money back. If you paid by card, your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
Credit toward a build: The full audit fee is credited toward a build you sign within 90 days of receiving the roadmap.
After launch
Monthly support
Optional and month-to-month. We watch what we built, fix what breaks, and make small changes as your business changes.
For owners who want what we built watched, fixed and adjusted, without keeping someone on staff for it.
- Monitoring of the systems we built for you, with alerts to us when something fails.
- Fixes when something breaks, including after a vendor update or a change made by your team.
- Small changes as your business changes: new hours, updated prices, a new booking rule, a new answer for the phone agent. Bigger changes are quoted first.
- Regular check-ins on the systems themselves: test calls, test bookings, and a look at the logs.
- Updates when a vendor changes features, prices or terms in a way that affects your setup.
- A monthly check-in call: what’s working, what isn’t, and what to change next.
- Priority response: same business day.
- Month-to-month. No annual contract.
- Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- If you cancel, you keep everything we built, the accounts and the documentation.
- The monthly price depends on how many systems we look after. Your proposal states it before you sign up.
Support is optional. Everything we build is documented, so your own team or another firm can look after it. If you skip support, you can still call us when you need something. We quote the work before we do it.

What moves the price
What moves the price
Starting prices assume a straightforward setup. These are the things that move your quote, so you can see why before you ask.
- How many systems we connect
- Linking your phone line to one calendar is a smaller job than linking phones, calendar, CRM and invoicing. Each connection has to be built and tested.
- Whether your tools have an API
- An API is a built-in way for other software to read and write your data. Tools with a good one connect quickly. Tools without one need workarounds, which take longer to build and more upkeep later.
- How clean your data is
- Duplicate customers, old price lists and half-filled spreadsheets need sorting out before an automation can rely on them. Some cleanup is normal. A lot adds time.
- Off-the-shelf or custom
- If an existing tool does the job, we set it up and tune it, which costs less. Custom work is for when nothing off the shelf fits how you run.
- Call and message volume
- Phone agents, business texting and AI tools charge per minute, message or use. More volume means higher monthly fees, paid to those vendors. Your proposal estimates them at your volume.
- Locations and people to train
- One location with a handful of staff is quicker to roll out than several locations with a large team. Each one needs setup, testing and training.
- Rush timelines
- If you need it live sooner than our estimated timeline, we’ll tell you whether it’s possible and what it adds to the quote.
What’s this costing you?
Before you look at what a fix costs, see what the problem costs. Pick one task that eats time every week and put in your own numbers. The math is shown, so you can check it.
Assumptions behind the math
- Hours per week: the time someone spends on this task in a normal week.
- Hourly cost: what that person costs you per hour, including pay, payroll taxes and benefits. If it’s you, use what an hour of your time is worth to the business.
- 52 working weeks a year, with no adjustment for vacations or slow seasons.
Founding-client offer
20% off your first build
We’re a new firm, so we don’t have client results to show you yet. Founding clients get a discount for helping us change that.
- Before we start, we agree what to measure, how, and over what period.
- After launch, we measure it together and write up what happened.
- You review the case study for factual accuracy only. If a number or detail is wrong, we fix it.
- A quote is optional. If you decline, you keep the discount. No clawback.
- The discount doesn’t depend on the results or on what you say about us.
- The offer is for our first few clients only. When those spots are taken, we take it off this page. No countdowns.
What we ask
- Permission to publish a case study with real before-and-after numbers, measured together using a method we agree on at the start.
- A short recorded walkthrough of the system working in your business.
- Two short recorded interviews, one before we start and one after the results check.
- Optional: permission to quote you, or show a short clip from the recordings, on our site. You can say no and keep the discount.
What we never ask
- An online review on Google, Yelp or anywhere else, as a condition of the discount.
- A positive quote, or a quote as a condition of the discount.
- Specific results. The case study reports whatever we measure, good or bad.
- To change what you say about us.
Disclosure: Founding clients get a discount for taking part in a case study, not for a review or a positive opinion. Any quote or clip from a founding client appears with this note next to it.
Payment
Payment terms
Your proposal states them in writing before you sign anything.
- Builds: half to start, half when the build passes the acceptance checks written into your proposal.
- Audit: paid in full at kickoff.
- Monthly support and implementation support: billed monthly, month-to-month.
- Research and financial analysis projects: half to start, half when we deliver the findings.
- We invoice through Stripe. You can pay by card or bank transfer (ACH).
- For invoices over $1,000 we ask for bank transfer. Card is fine for anything smaller. We don’t add a fee either way.
- Software and usage fees are billed to you directly by each vendor, on accounts in your name.
- Changes you ask for during a build are quoted in writing before we do them.
Questions about cost
What does it cost, and how fast does it pay for itself?
Starting prices for every service are on the Pricing page, with a plain explanation of what moves the price. Before any build, you get a written, fixed-scope quote that lists the monthly running costs too.
Payback is simple math: what the problem costs you now, against what the fix costs to build and run.
Example: invoicing and payment reminders take 5 hours a week, at $28 an hour including taxes and benefits. If automation takes 4 of those hours off the list, that’s about $5,824 a year, or about $485 a month. Subtract the monthly running costs, then divide the build price by what’s left. That’s your payback in months.
Proposals state the expected payback, with the math shown so you can check it. If a fix would take too long to pay for itself, we’ll say so and suggest something cheaper, or nothing at all.
Do I need an audit before you build anything?
No. There are two ways to start, and the audit is optional.
You know what you need. One defined job, like answering missed calls or automating invoices.
- Free discovery call
- Written, fixed-scope quote
- Build and test
- Training and handoff
- Results check, plus optional monthly support
You’re not sure, or several systems are involved.
- Free discovery call
- Paid operations audit
- Fixed-scope proposal with expected payback
- Build and test
- Training and handoff
- Results check, plus optional monthly support
Either way, you see the price in writing before any build starts. If we think you’d be better off with the audit, or with no build at all, we’ll say so on the call.
More on how we work and the operations audit.
What does monthly support cover, and do I need it?
Support is optional and month-to-month, with no long contract.
What it covers:
- Monitoring. We watch for failed steps and fix them before they pile up.
- Fixes. When a vendor changes its app, a connection breaks or a password expires.
- Small changes. New message wording, a new job type, an updated price list.
- Check-ins. A regular look at what’s running and what could work better.
Plans and starting prices are on the Pricing page.
Do you need it? Maybe not. If your setup is simple and someone on your team is comfortable following the guide, you may be fine without it. Without support, we quote any fix or change before doing it.
Either way, for 30 days after launch, we fix anything we built that doesn’t work as described in the agreed scope, free. See what happens when something breaks.
What is the founding-client offer?
We’re new, so our first clients get a discount in exchange for helping us show future clients what we do.
The offer: 20% off your first build, for our first few clients. When those spots are taken, we take the offer off the Pricing page. There are no countdowns.
What we ask: permission to write a case study about your project, the before-and-after details needed to tell it accurately, a short recorded walkthrough of the system working, and two short recorded interviews, one before we start and one after the results check. Quoting you or showing a clip from those recordings is a separate yes or no. You can say no and keep the discount.
What we never ask:
- A review on Google, Yelp or anywhere else.
- Results. The discount doesn’t depend on how your project turns out.
- That you say anything in particular, or give a quote as a condition of the discount.
You review the case study for factual accuracy only. You can decline to be quoted and keep the discount. If you do give a quote, a note about the discount appears right next to it, wherever it’s used.
