Know what you need? You’ll get a written quote after the call. No audit required.

Sound familiar?

  • Your website is slow, out of date, or hard to use on a phone.
  • Your Google listing shows old hours, the wrong number or no photos.
  • Competitors show up above you in map results, and you’re not sure why.
  • You only get reviews when a customer happens to remember.
  • You can’t tell how many calls or requests the website actually brings in.
  • When people ask an AI tool for a recommendation, your business doesn’t come up.

What we automate

  • A fast website

Loads quickly on a phone, says plainly what you do and where you work, and makes calling or requesting a quote one tap.

  • Google Business Profile

Set up or cleaned up with the right categories, services, hours and photos, plus the details customers check before they call.

  • Local search basics

The same name, phone and service area across the major listings, clear service pages, and structured data that search engines read.

  • Review requests after every job

Every customer gets a short message asking for a review. Everyone, not only the happy ones. Asking selectively breaks Google’s review policies.

  • Visibility in AI search answers

Clear, factual pages and consistent business details that tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews can read and quote.

  • Requests that go somewhere

Form requests go straight to your inbox, phone or CRM with the details you need to call back.

  • Simple tracking

Cookie-free analytics that show phone taps, form requests and where visitors came from.

Your day, before and after

Someone nearby searches for a service you offer

Example

Today

  1. A nearby customer searches for your service
  2. Your Google listing shows old hours and few reviews
  3. Your website loads slowly on their phone Some people give up before it finishes
  4. They call a competitor whose page answered them

After

  1. A nearby customer searches for your service
  2. Your listing shows current hours and recent reviews
  3. Your site loads fast and answers their question What you do, where you work, how to book
  4. They call or send a request from their phone
  5. The request lands in your inbox or CRM
  6. A review request goes out after the job To every customer, not only happy ones

What it costs

The build is a one-time project. Running costs are what you keep paying the software vendors after we’re done.

One-time build

From $3,500 plus domain and hosting fees

Every build gets a written, fixed-scope quote before work starts. See all prices and what moves them.

Estimated running costs Estimate

Domain name About $10 to $25 a year
Website hosting and analytics Often $0 on free tiers for a fast, simple site. Up to about $20 a month with extras.
Google Business Profile Free
Review requests Usually $0 when sent from your job software or CRM. Dedicated review tools cost more and are often unnecessary at small volumes.
Monthly support from us (optional) See monthly support plans on the Pricing page

Estimates based on current vendor pricing. Your proposal names the exact vendors and fees before you commit. No paid ads are included or required.

How long it takes

About 4 to 6 weeks from approved proposal to launch. Search rankings take longer, often several months. Estimate

Tools it commonly connects to

  • Google Business Profile
  • Google Search Console
  • Bing Places for Business
  • Apple Business Connect
  • Jobber or Housecall Pro request forms
  • Calendly, Square Appointments and similar booking tools
  • Your CRM or email inbox for new requests

We confirm your exact setup works before we quote. If something can’t connect, we tell you before you pay for anything.

When we’ll tell you not to do this

  • Your current site loads fast, is accurate and brings in calls. Keep it. Start with your Google Business Profile, which is free.
  • You want a separate page for every nearby town with the same text swapped in. We don’t build those. Google’s spam policies treat them as doorway pages, and they don’t help customers.
  • You want a promise of first-page rankings. Nobody can honestly make that promise, and we won’t.
  • Most of your work comes from referrals and repeat customers, and you’re booked solid. A clean Google listing may be all you need for now.

A website builder or a site built for you?

Off-the-shelf is enough when

  • You need a simple site with your services, hours, contact details and a few photos.
  • You’re comfortable spending a few weekends setting it up and keeping it current.
  • A template looks right for your business.

A setup built for you adds

  • Loads fast on a phone, which matters to visitors and to search engines.
  • Set up for local search, including your Google Business Profile and structured data.
  • A review request workflow tied to your job software, sent to every customer.
  • Requests go straight into your CRM or inbox, not a form nobody checks.

Builders like Squarespace or Wix run roughly $15 to $40 a month and include hosting. If one is enough, we’ll say so. We can also set up your Google Business Profile and review requests without a new site.

The details

What the setup includes

  • A short site written with you: what you do, where you work, how to book. Plain words, real photos of your work, no stock images.
  • Google Business Profile setup or cleanup, and matching details on the other major listings.
  • A review request sent after every job, to every customer, from the software you already use.
  • Pages written so search engines and AI search tools can read the facts about your business correctly.
  • Hosting, the domain and your Google accounts in your name, plus a one-page guide for everyday edits like hours and services.

What we don’t build

No pages for towns you don’t really serve, no copied text swapped from town to town, and no fake or paid reviews. We don’t promise rankings or placement in AI answers. Nobody controls those. We make sure what search tools find about you is clear, consistent and correct.

Questions about this

All questions and answers

Will I own my website and domain?

Yes. The site and everything around it is yours:

  • Domain. Registered in your name, in an account you own. Renewal is an estimated $10 to $25 a year, billed to you.
  • Hosting. In your account. An estimated $0 on a free tier for a fast, simple site, or up to about $20 a month with extras.
  • Google Business Profile. You’re the owner. We’re added as a manager you can remove.
  • Analytics and Search Console. Your accounts, your data.
  • The site itself. The content and code are yours once you own the build: pay for it up front, or buy out a managed plan at the price in your proposal. Our reusable templates stay ours, with a permanent, free license for you to use them.

Already have a domain somewhere else? We can leave it where it is or move it into an account you control. Your choice.

Everything is documented, so another developer can pick it up if you ever switch. See who owns what we build and websites and local SEO.

How soon will local SEO show results?

It depends on what’s broken today and how much competition you have. Nobody can honestly promise rankings, and we won’t.

Estimated timelines:

  • Listing fixes. Corrected hours, phone number and categories on your Google Business Profile often show within days to a few weeks. Google may review edits first.
  • Reviews. A request after every job adds reviews steadily. How fast depends on how many jobs you do.
  • Rankings. Moving up in map and search results takes longer, often several months. Competition, your reviews, how close searchers are and the strength of your site all play a part.

What you can measure sooner: phone taps, form requests and where visitors came from. Those show whether the site brings in calls, which matters more than any single ranking.

We don’t build pages for towns you don’t serve, and we never use fake reviews. Both break Google’s policies.

What is AI search visibility?

Some customers now ask AI tools for recommendations, like “who’s a good plumber near me?” Tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews answer from what they can find and read about businesses online.

AI search visibility means making it easy for those tools to get your business right:

  • Clear, factual pages. What you do, where you work, your hours and how to book, stated plainly.
  • Consistent details everywhere. The same name, phone number and service area on your site, Google Business Profile and other major listings.
  • Structured data. Labels in your site’s code that tell search tools what your business is and where it works.
  • Genuine reviews. A request after every job, to every customer.

It’s mostly the same work as good local SEO. There’s no separate trick, and nobody controls what AI tools say. We make sure what they find about you is clear, consistent and correct.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the service and how many tools are involved. Estimated timelines, from approved quote or proposal to running:

What slows things down: waiting on account access, data that needs cleaning, vendor approvals, and time for your team to test. Your written quote gives the timeline before you commit, and we’ll tell you early if something is running behind.

  • AI receptionist

Calls and website chats answered, questions handled and appointments booked when you can’t pick up.

  • CRM and workflow automation

Customer details entered once, tools that pass work along, and one clear view of what’s open.

  • Operations audit
